We currently ship across India. For international orders, please contact us at orders@mumzeebaby.com before placing your order.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Shipping Option	Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Shipping	3 – 7 business days (PAN India)
Express Shipping	1 – 3 business days (Available in select locations)

4. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: ₹49 (Free for orders above ₹499)
Express Shipping: Charges will be calculated at checkout (if available for your location)

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor the delivery status of your package in real time.

6. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted third-party courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post, depending on your location.

7. Undelivered Orders

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will notify you. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.

If your order arrives damaged or has missing items:

Include your order number and photos of the package/product.
