At MUMZEE BABY PRIVATE LIMITED, we want you to love what you buy from us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Eligibility for Exchange:

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Items such as diapers, feeding accessories, baby wipes, and personal care items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, unless damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

  • Used or tampered items

  • Perishable or intimate goods (e.g., baby food, teethers, diapers)

  • Gift cards or vouchers

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Email us at orders@mumzeebaby.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number, clear photos of the product, and a brief description.

  • Once verified, we’ll offer a free replacement or full refund, depending on stock availability.

4. Return Process
  • Email us at orders@mumzeebaby.com to initiate a return request.

  • Our team will verify and approve eligible requests.

  • A return pickup will be arranged at your address (if serviceable).

  • Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, a refund will be processed.

5. Refunds
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.


6. Shipping Charges
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

    • For returns initiated for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

7. Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by emailing us at orders@mumzeebaby.com.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under our return policy.
